Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirement elicitation through stakeholder interviews and JAD sessions
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and business objectives, documenting findings
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and executive presentations for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Collaborate with data engineers to validate data integrity and identify optimization opportunities
- Document business requirements with clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or financial services background
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML and BPMN notations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) highly advantageous
- Portfolio demonstrating complex BA deliverables required
