Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and document business requirements for weekend operations
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed process flows and system specifications for weekend workflows
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including UML diagrams and user stories
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement weekend system enhancements
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance metrics for weekend operations
- Facilitate weekend workshops with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and process mapping
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
