Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for overnight operations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, QA) across time zones during night shifts
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines using JIRA/Asana
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for overnight deliverables
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint reviews with distributed teams
- Generate comprehensive project reports for executive stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST/FISMA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or rotational schedules
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Proven track record managing enterprise-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Experience with federal government contracting environments preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
