Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise clients during weekend shifts
- Coordinate 10+ cross-functional teams across development, design, and QA
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for weekend sprint planning
- Monitor project KPIs using Jira/Asana and maintain real-time dashboards
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for weekend deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder communications via weekend status reviews
- Maintain project documentation and compliance with PMI standards
- Manage weekend resource allocation and budget constraints
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering tech/IT projects in Austin market
- Expertise in Jira, MS Project, and resource management tools
- Exceptional conflict resolution for weekend team dynamics
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
