Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights for decision-makers
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Support system testing and validation of new features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and requirement gathering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
