Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, workflows, and specifications for system implementations
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather business needs and validate solutions
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new processes/systems
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Communicate findings through clear documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation (SRS/BPMN)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge preferred
- Experience in retail, tech, or logistics industries a plus
