Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements for weekend projects
- Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flows
- Facilitate weekend workshops and meetings with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track weekend operational metrics
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment of solutions
- Monitor weekend project progress and provide weekly status updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably with weekend/holiday shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
