Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance for all deliverables
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMP preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
