Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications
- Develop comprehensive data models and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend hours to align on project goals
- Perform gap analysis and process optimization for core business functions
- Create detailed documentation including flowcharts, user stories, and test cases
- Monitor KPIs and deliver weekly performance reports to executive leadership
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of analytical solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data interpretation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during weekend shifts
