Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead weekend stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Monitor KPIs and generate weekly performance reports for leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of process improvements
- Document standard operating procedures for weekend workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Trello platforms
