Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for weekend operations.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through detailed reports and process documentation.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity during off-peak hours to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand pain points and propose effective technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops to define business processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support the QA team in validating weekend system releases and updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
