Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Document business rules and system specifications in clear, actionable formats
- Validate solutions against requirements and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a part-time capacity
