- Conduct data validation and quality assurance for weekend reporting cycles
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during weekend shifts to align project goals
- Support weekend system testing and implementation of new features
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
