Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Document requirements, workflows, and business processes using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for weekend operations
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops during weekend shifts
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational challenges and recommend solutions
- Support weekend system implementations and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Experience documenting requirements using UML/SW diagrams
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
