Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven methodologies
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows for weekend operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions and ensure seamless weekend system operations
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for weekend business workflows
- Validate solution effectiveness through user acceptance testing and continuous feedback loops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
