Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, create detailed user stories, and prioritize backlog items
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Support weekend sprint planning and retrospectives for agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Experience documenting requirements using UML diagrams and flowcharts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
