Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and user stories for engineering teams
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless implementation of process improvements
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for weekend operations
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation and project tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to deliver projects in weekend operational environments
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
