Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and translate technical solutions
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, documentation, and visual dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
- Facilitate workshops to align business objectives with technical capabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation skills with experience in process modeling
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
