Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation for system enhancements
- Create and maintain data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope
- Perform data validation and quality assurance for weekend reports
- Document workflow improvements and implement process changes
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar tools
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
