- Support weekend system upgrades and data migrations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with weekend shift operations or 24/7 environments
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) highly desirable
