Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis specifically for weekend operational workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports to track project progress and business performance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the weekend operations framework.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to communicate project updates and resolve any issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management.
- Must be available to work a dedicated weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
