Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools for weekend data analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership teams
- Support weekend system testing and implementation activities
- Monitor KPIs and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements in agile environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of financial systems or SaaS platforms preferred
