- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless system implementations
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to track business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with focus on fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven success with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio/Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services
