Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes for development teams
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, UAT scripts, and implementation plans
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and technical teams
- Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements and driving successful implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
