Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process flows
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop detailed user stories, wireframes, and documentation for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and JAD sessions across multiple departments
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports to measure business performance
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Maintain and improve data models and ETL processes for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA), and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business teams
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions in regulated industries
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
