Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, assess business needs, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define functional requirements and user stories.
- Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards using SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong technical skills in SQL (querying, data manipulation) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
