Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify inefficiencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new initiatives
- Develop detailed business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Document findings and present actionable recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
