Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools using SQL and visualization platforms
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical insights into business value
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
