Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies using SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present data-driven insights through executive dashboards and reports
- Support agile development cycles through user story refinement
- Conduct gap analysis and propose system optimization solutions
- Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong SQL and database querying skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking
- Excellent written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
