Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data modeling and workflow documentation
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Facilitate JIRA backlog grooming and sprint planning ceremonies in Agile environments
- Create and maintain process flows, data dictionaries, and system documentation
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state systems
- Develop KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to track performance metrics
- Collaborate with development teams during UAT and implementation phases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AgileCP) preferred
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven track record of delivering process optimization projects
- Ability to work in hybrid model (3 days office/2 days remote)
