Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Lead UAT testing and coordinate cross-functional implementation projects
- Document workflows using industry-standard tools (Visio, JIRA, Confluence)
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
