Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate projects, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
