The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and drive process improvements that directly impact our bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive process maps, wireframes, and functional specifications using Visio or similar tools.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Perform gap analysis between current processes and proposed solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
