Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, QA) to meet deadlines
- Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Proven track record in contract/staffing environments
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, or similar project tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Experience with budget management over $500K projects
