Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders effectively.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project managers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years preferred).
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
