- Coordinate resources across 5+ cross-functional teams (dev, UX, QA)
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks with daily standups and sprint reviews
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Present executive-level progress reports to C-suite stakeholders
- Optimize Jira workflows and Asana task management systems
- Facilitate client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years project management experience in IT/tech sector
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Proven track record of delivering $500k+ projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
