Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for seamless integration
- Maintain project documentation in Jira and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management ($500K+ projects)
- Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
