Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure team performance meets quality standards.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, including dashboards and analytics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the Technology or Finance sector.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Must be willing to work on-site in New York, NY.
