Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to meet deadlines
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests proactively
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech environments
- PMP or Agile certification (CSM/PSM) required
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects on time/budget
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with daily payroll systems or flexible compensation models preferred
