Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term innovation roadmap for OmniFuture Systems leading up to the 2026 target year.
- Technology Foresight: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Energy) to drive product evolution.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Research and Development division, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of market trends to predict disruptions and capitalize on new opportunities before competitors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate high-level innovation goals into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Development: Recruit and mentor a world-class team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Patent Strategy: Lead initiatives to secure intellectual property and proprietary technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a strategic or innovation capacity.
- Track Record: Proven history of delivering disruptive products that defined market standards.
