Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 enterprise technology roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to future-proof business operations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align long-term technical vision with overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and strategy teams.
- Oversee the transition from legacy systems to highly scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Manage a multi-million dollar R&D and technology budget with strict ROI oversight.
- Establish strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and startups.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or strategic innovation.
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software development practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an MBA.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and experience managing enterprise-level budgets.
