Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI and Machine Learning strategy for the 2026 enterprise roadmap.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core product offerings.
- Oversee multi-million dollar R&D budgets, ensuring high ROI on all 2026 strategic investments.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI development and compliance.
- Present quarterly progress and strategic milestones to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, specifically in AI/ML strategy.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching enterprise-scale machine learning products.
- Deep understanding of modern AI frameworks, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
