Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with the C-suite to establish a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technology Assessment: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging tech stacks (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for enterprise adoption.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of senior architects and engineers to execute technical strategies with precision and creativity.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Design scalable, resilient systems architecture capable of supporting rapid growth and complex global operations.
- Innovation Management: Establish an internal innovation lab or hackathon culture to foster rapid prototyping and experimentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for investors and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years in software engineering, architecture, or IT strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity.
- Strategic Planning: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and executing on high-impact projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams through periods of rapid change and digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
