Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and technical specifications
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain business documentation including requirements documents and user guides
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs
- Support QA testing and implementation of new systems/processes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Agile/Scrum methodology exposure preferred
