Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models to support business decision-making
- Assist in designing and implementing test cases for new systems
- Prepare and present data-driven insights to senior leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) preferred
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
