Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed business process models, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
- Project Support: Support the project manager in coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and managing project timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and a basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
- Tools: Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is highly desirable.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an analytical or operational role is preferred, but we are open to recent graduates.
