Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process analysis
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop clear documentation including requirements specifications and technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and deliverables
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and basic database concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Basic knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
