Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Support UAT testing and provide feedback to development teams
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align project objectives
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, internships, or relevant projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization)
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
