Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Develop process flow diagrams, data models, and user stories to clarify business needs
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate meetings between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Assist in UAT testing and documentation of new system implementations
- Support data migration projects and system integration initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
