Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Excel to identify trends and opportunities
- Create visual dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive presentations
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to align on project deliverables and timelines
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Develop process flow diagrams and data models to clarify business logic
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or internship experience
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Excel for advanced analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred
